We recommended Pneumatic Valve + Glue Supply System, with adding regulated supply with a drum pump for continuous feed to suppress pressure ripple.

• Material utilisation improved by about 8% with visibly less waste.
• Shot volume 0.05 mL with deviation within ±3%.
• Cycle time 0.9 s per dot with no stringing or dripping during continuous running.
