We recommended Dispensing Valve + Glue Distributing Machine, with using a precision dispensing valve with suck-back and servo three-axis motion for uniform coating.

- Setup time cut from 40 minutes to under 15 minutes.
- Shot volume 0.05 mL with deviation within ±2%.
- Cycle time 1.1 s per dot with no stringing or dripping during continuous running.
