High fluid viscosity and resistance causing pneumatic extrusion to lose speed.
Solution
We recommended Dispensing Valve + Glue Distributing Machine, with adding regulated supply with a drum pump for continuous feed to suppress pressure ripple.
Result
- Setup time cut from 40 minutes to under 15 minutes.
- Shot volume 1.5 mL with deviation within ±2%.
- Cycle time 0.5 s per dot with no stringing or dripping during continuous running.
