Filled fluids (thermal gels, conductive adhesives, silver paste) accelerate wear and carry clogging risk. What to check:
1) The largest particle should be well below the smallest flow-path clearance - a third of the clearance is a common guideline.
2) The higher the solids content and coarser the particles, the more you need a wear-resistant stator and a larger flow path.
3) Flush the flow path before long shutdowns to avoid cured residue.
Send us the SDS or filler parameters and we will assess the flow path and stator configuration before a trial.
