SUPPORT

Support

We get involved from the selection stage to avoid repeated rework later.

Selection advice: share fluid brand and model, viscosity, target volume and cycle time, and we will recommend a matching model and configuration.

Samples: standard models can be supplied as samples so you can validate dispensing behaviour and stability on the real machine.

Custom development: we develop to your machine structure, port standard and fluid properties, from design review through pilot runs.

Delivery and spares: standard models are stocked to shorten lead time, with long-term supply of nozzles, seals and other wear parts.

Technical support: if you see abnormal volume, leakage or sluggish action, contact us and we will help troubleshoot.

Selection advice

Share fluid properties, volume and cycle time for a matching model and configuration.

Sample validation

Samples of standard models for validation on your real machine.

Custom development

Custom ports, stroke and flow path, from design review to pilot runs.

After-sales & spares

Long-term supply of nozzles and seals, with fast troubleshooting support.

QUALITY

Four steps from requirement to delivery

  1. 01

    Requirement review

Confirm fluid properties, volume and cycle time; propose a standard or custom solution.

  2. 02

    Precision manufacturing

Key parts machined in house and inspected piece by piece before assembly.

  3. 03

    Testing & validation

Dispensing volume and sealing tests with validation data provided.

  4. 04

    Delivery & support

Volume delivery with spare parts support for long-term stable supply.

FAQ

How do I choose between a screw valve and a pneumatic valve?

Screw valves are positive-displacement and suit medium-to-high viscosity or filled fluids where volume consistency matters most. Pneumatic valves are simpler and faster, best for low-to-medium viscosity dot and line dispensing.

Can you develop a custom version for our machine?

Yes. Send the machine structure, port standard, fluid properties and cycle time; we review the design and produce samples for validation.

How long is the lead time?

Standard models are stocked for short lead time. Custom versions depend on the design review and pilot run; we confirm the schedule after reviewing your requirement.

Do you supply spare parts?

Nozzles, seals and needles are available long term as wear parts.
