Sampling log: continuous feed of high-viscosity thermal gel

Customer request: storage module potting, thermal gel at about 90,000 mPa·s, 4 mL per shot.

Process: drum pump feed, logging supply pressure and shot volume over three minutes of continuous running.

Result: pressure ripple within ±5%, shot volume deviation ±3%, and no filler settling or clogging.
